These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ariadna app, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Ariadna. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Service is not available to users previously banned by the Company.

Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

Abusive, offensive, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited. Violations include but are not limited to: harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks; sharing obscene or profane content; posting false or misleading information. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts for any behavior that threatens the integrity of the community.

Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts without prior notice for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to attempts to manipulate the AI, abusive behavior, or violations of applicable laws. If you are banned from the Service, you may not create a new account without prior written approval from the Company.

The Company may modify or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time without prior notice.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Service and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
